About LudeReach
LudeReach is a private social media planning and publishing tool operated by LudeHQ. It helps an authorized operator prepare, review, schedule, and upload approved content to connected social accounts.
Data we process
When you connect a social account, we may process the profile information and account identifiers supplied by that platform, authorization tokens, content drafts, uploaded media, captions, schedules, publishing results, and limited security and diagnostic logs.
How we use data
We use this information only to connect accounts, display the connected account, prepare approved drafts, upload or publish content requested by the operator, maintain the publishing queue, and protect and troubleshoot the service.
Sharing
We send content and the minimum required account information to the connected social platform when the operator requests an upload or publication. We may use infrastructure providers to run the service. We do not sell personal data or use connected account data for advertising.
Storage and security
Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to LudeReach is restricted, and machine access uses dedicated credentials and an allowlist. Data is retained while needed to operate the connection, keep requested records, meet security obligations, or comply with law.
Your choices
You can revoke a social connection through the social platform or ask LudeHQ to remove the connected account and associated data. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data.
