The service
LudeReach is a private tool operated by LudeHQ for planning, reviewing, scheduling, and uploading approved social media content. Access is limited to authorized operators and connected accounts they are permitted to manage.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you approve, the accounts you connect, and compliance with applicable law and each social platform's rules. You must keep access credentials secure and must not use the service to infringe rights, mislead people, distribute harmful material, or access an account without permission.
Content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You authorize LudeReach to store, transform, display, schedule, and send that content to connected platforms only as needed to perform your requested workflow.
Third party platforms
TikTok, Instagram, X, and other connected services are independent third parties. Their availability, review decisions, limits, and terms remain under their control. LudeReach cannot guarantee that a platform will accept, publish, or keep any content available.
Availability
The service is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or stop features when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or changes made by a connected platform. To the extent permitted by law, LudeHQ disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending access
You may disconnect a social account at any time. LudeHQ may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, connected accounts, other people, or legal obligations.
