Deal desk

This module is stubbed for Phase 1. It plugs into the studio's existing ludefill (pdfFiller style PDF suite with forms and e-sign at Builds/ludefill) product. See PLAN.md for the full roadmap.

• //Add a contract template per product, filled from the lead and agreed amount fields already on the Lead.
• //Call ludefill's e-sign flow from a lead in status agreed, store the signed document URL back on the lead.
• //Add a deals table (or reuse leads with a stricter status) once contract versioning matters.
• //Track amount_paid against the signed contract, not just the agreed number, for real revenue reporting.
